Brigadier Mike Riddell-Webster, the Head of Capability (Ground Manoeuvre) is charged with delivering a timely and coherent equipment capability for the ground manoeuvre element of the Land Component, including the Royal Marines, Army and RAF Regiment. His focus spans both mounted and dismounted close combat systems; including the underpinning battlefield engineering equipment and training and simulation facilities. Additionally, he is charged with the delivery of a significant number Urgent Operational Requirements to support those forces engaged on current operations.
